I need help i wanna buy a graphics card but which one ?

how can I get external HDD to recognize again?

I have a brand new 120GB external HDD & I’m using Windows XP. When I 1st plugged it in, it appeared as installed & showed up as “H/” dive in “My Computer”. I attempted to back up my laptop’s internal HDD, but I made the mistake of not formatting it 1st. 30mins into the back an error message about not being able to write on the disked popped up. The only way I could get rid of it was to restart. Since then my computer only shows it as an “USB Mass Storage Device” & it won’t show up in “My Computer” as a disk drive anymore.

Now I’ve looked through many forums & tried various things such as restarting the computer, uninstalling & letting Windows reinstall the driver, etc. I think I have an off-brand called Rock Mobile Disk. I can’t find a website where the list troubleshooting.

How can I get my usb to work on my toshiba tecra 9100

I have got a laptop off a friend to use while i gather the funds to replace my burnt out desktop. The problem is that the usb be ports don’t seem to be working for the usb mouse and also the accupoint II system doesn’t work. I have a feeling that they installed xp pro without the toshiba specific drivers for these things. PLEASE does anyone have any suggestions??!!??

can i get wireless internet if i plug an ethernet wire from the wall jack to a wireless router?

I’m a college student with a tightly spaced dorm. the wall jack for the internet is located near my door and i have a long wire going to my desk that i trip over almost every day. Anyone know how i can get wireless internet out of my campus internet?

I can’t get my computer to recognize my Zen Vision M and charge it!

My Zen Vision M ran out of battery power, so I went to charge it using a USB cord on my computer. When I hook it up the blue light on top doesn’t light up or flash. I’ve charged it before on this computer, just not in a while. I’m running Vista Home Premium SP1.

ok so i cant do anything with it now that its ashed, whts the best one to get. iw as thinking of a nano or a mini( there on ebay) but a video plays movies and i only want an iPod for the music. i wanted a shuffle but i earned it for my grades and if i wanted a new one i would have to buy it with my money. and i just want one to satisfy me by playn music. my neigbor is an iPod expert and she says she cant do anything about it. but hteres still hope in tht machine because its lights light up in the USB. plzz help me. which should i get next or is there ANYTHING i can do bout the shuffle.
