Vista USB ports not responding?

My computer is brand new, so please don’t tell me that the ports are bad. It’s not responding to my camera or my printer. But it is to my USB adapter thingy…and my computer keeps humming loudly, not like before…
Err, can anyone help?

check the software that is or was installed on your computer and if its brand new then thats why they have numbers for you to call they are here for us good luck ;]

get the numbers on the instruction manual… they warranty is still there and if the unit screws up on you have it replaced as soon as possible so the warranty does not expire on you…. no use trying to fix something you can replace as soon as possible.
