where to find a driver for my SIM card reader?

I bought a USB-Type SIM card reader. Before it has a built-in driver that when I plug into my USB slot, the driver automatically runs.
Apparently for stupidity, I erased those files in my SIM Card reader, so now it functions like an ordinary USB external hard drive with less than 1MB of available memory.
Where can I find a program(if possible PC/SC driver), and what else am I going to do, so I can use it as a SIM Card reader again?

Is this a nice computer build?

Processor: Core 2 Quad Q6600
Video card: Nvidia GeForce 8800GT
RAM: 4GB G.Skill DDR2 800
Motherboard: ASUS P5K PRO P35
Hard Drive: Seagate 250GB 7200RPM 32MB cache
Case: Lian-Li PC-60 USB B2 Mid-Tower 2×80MM case fans 2×120MM case fans
Power Supply: ThermalTake PurePower 550W
Optical Drives: 2x SAMSUNG 22X SATA DVD Burner
Monitor: ViewSonic 22″ 1680×1050 Widescreen display
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS9700
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
Keyboard: Some random logitech
Mouse: Logitech G5

It’ll mainly be for Photoshop, multimedia, games, school work, and surfing the web. I also know I can only get about 3.25GB of RAM out of Vista 32-Bit, but it’s better than 3GB, and it’ll be working in dual-channel, if I had 3GB, it wouldn’t be in dual-channel. What do you think of my build? I spent $1290 all together, with the keyboard and mouse.

Windows Vista + Mass Storage = Nuclear Holocaust?

What can I do to make my Vista Basic OS recognize mass storage? A couple months ago it wouldn’t recognize my external harddrive (older unit circa 2001 or so - has drivers for Windows 2000 but Vista won’t take it) and now it won’t recognize my digital photo frame (Viewsonic DPX 704WH - brand new). Viewsonic’s website even says it works with Vista and it doesn’t even have drivers. Same problem with both mass storage devices - it pops up and says it has an unknown USB device and it wants to install drivers. Both times driver installation fails (with the photo frame I only tried that as a second resort because the photo frame HAS no drivers and says my computer should automatically recognize it) and it doesn’t show a drive for it in my My Computer. I can see it as an “Unknown Device” in my Device Manager. Please help!
Have rebooted several times, doesn’t change the unknown device. Also tried “Disable” on Device Manager. Just popped back up when I reconnected it.

Can you hook up a printer to both a print server and a computer? How would you do so?

I am trying to take one printer, and hook it up to both a wireless print server and also a computer. You may ask, why not just use the print server to communicate between this particular computer and the printer. The reason is because this printer is an all in one, so my print server doesn’t support all those functions. I simply want the print function to work through the print server, and the all in one features to work with one computer.

Thanks!!!

Is there a difference between desktop and laptop security software?

I need to update my security software on my laptop and my desktop. I thought buying a program that can be used on 2 computers would work. I got it to download on my desktop but it wouldn’t go on my laptop. Do I need software that specifies for laptop or should any of it work?
